| How does the license work if I choose a download only product? |
| We use the information supplied with your order to create an account with the vendor of the product you purchased. They in turn issue a license key valid for the product(s) that is also good for the duration you purchased. You will receive a download link to the latest version of the software and your license key will activate it for the time specified. |

| What if a new product version is available, can I upgrade and what happen to my existing software? |
| We have found that most vendors provide access to the latest version of their product as long as your license key is still valid. (Meaning it hasn't expired). Also, in cases where the vendor does not provide this, it is made available at the time of renewal. (meaning when you renew, you are then eligible for the latest version.) |

| Should I choose a download or a retail box product? |
| Inspector12.com recommends download products. You have the advantage of acquiring the software at any time. We will maintain a copy of all our customers license keys and can provide them to you at any time, should you need them. e.g. In the event you would need to reinstall your protection software. We offer very few products in a retail box. There is added cost for shipping to using retail box and as with everything it has an impact on the environment. |
