The majority of the products we offer are based on maintaining a valid subscription. (IE: Antivirus Software must be kept up to date to ensure the latest protection against the latest threats.) This is done by using a valid License Key for the product. The latest version of Anti Virus software can be downloaded directly from the developer of that product . All you will need is the license key to unlock it.  

Some of the products we offer are strictly download only. The developer does not offer a retail box version of the product. Let's use Avast! by Alwil Software as an example: They do not produce a retail box product. However they do provide a CD composed of all of their products for promotional use. This can be provided if requested as a courtesy. We simply charge for the shipping of the CD.
